Initial Setup
- Download the extension from here: NetSuite Keyboard Shortcuts
- Refresh any NetSuite browser tabs
- Go to a NetSuite tab and press Ctrl+Shift+0 to see the list of default shortcuts
- Start using the extension (you need to be on a NetSuite page for it to work)
- Watch the video to see how to add additional shortcuts and edit the existing ones
Accepted Key Combination Types
hom- sequence of several keys without special keysctrl+m- hold ctrl and press mctrl+shift+m- hold ctrl and shift keys, and press mctrl+shift+m,abc- hold ctrl and shift keys, and press m, then press a, b, cnhom- prefixing any of the non-special key combinations with the letter [n] will open the page in a new tab
Additional Information
- You don't need to explicitly define additional shortcuts to open in new tab. Any of the already existing non-special key combinations can be prefixed with [n]
- To disable a shortcut, either completely remove it by using the Remove button or clear it's shortcut key combination
- The keyboard shortcuts are not enabled while the user's cursor is in a text field
